The South-West Ghana Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is a part of the Southern Ghana Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which in turn is a part of the West-Central Africa Division (WAD) of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, a world church Organization.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church strives to operate as one unified body. This body has many members, all filling different roles, but working together toward the same goal: building up the body of Christ and preparing others for His soon return (John 14:3).
Our Vision
That South-West Ghana Conference will grow and multiply through proclamation of the everlasting gospel in the context of the three angels’ message of Revelation 14:6 – 12, leading members to become Christ – centered, Holy Spirit directed, Evangelism driven and Spirit of Prophecy utilizing community in preparation for the soon return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Our Mission Statement
To mobilize a motivated and spiritually prepared people of God in the South-West Ghana Conference territory for a total evangelization of her catchment area through preaching, teaching, heading, training and service, leading them to accept Jesus as their personal savior and together with them prepare for the soon coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Geographic Territories
The territory of this conference consists of the major portions of the Western Region of the Republic of Ghana bounded on the very South by the Gulf of Guinea, on the West by the borders of La Cote D’Iviore (Ivory Coast), on the east by Domenase in the Central Region, and on the north by Nsuaem in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality. The expanse of the conference comprises eighteen (18) districts which covers seven (7) political districts.
